Why are we not listened?

We are not listened 

In the meeting, 

They(Senior) are talking -> We(Junior) are talking -> They are not listening -> We stop talking -> They are talking only -> We try hard to listen and understand and move forward -> They change the topic and talk again and again -> We are lost and lost our voice as well. At the end, No one listens to us.
