Violence at work

There are conflicts always in everywhere.
It becomes the problem when the conflict becomes violence.

Argument can happen
But arguments brought the anger. Anger which ends up throwing a notepad toward or behind is the violence

Disappointment by the work performance and misunderstanding can happen.
But yelling at staff and saying bad words because of that is the violence.

I am so afraid if I am influenced it.

And I am also afraid I am just similar to it. 

This is what happens in my workplace. Not yet I don't know how to figure this out. 

To talk to the higher management? And Getting apologies is the solution?
What happened in the past is just in the past? so just move on?

It really hurt me. 

I don't like to see myself to justify myself of irrational behavior and provocative way of talking because I am hurt.
I cannot move on if it still happens to others. It really hurts to see my staff hurt.
I am sure that I can defend myself, and couldn't defend for them.  

And it possibly happens to the others if it is not fixed.
what should I do...

17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. 18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. 20 On the contrary:

“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
    if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
